Bakrieland opening Pullman Bali Legian Nirwana

As the center of world’s tourism destination, Bali is now being enlivened with condotel business and investment, which supports Bali’s hotel business sustainability. Pullman Bali Legian Nirwana condotel units are sold on strata title basis to investors. Investors shall then compulsorily put the unit back as hotel room inventory to hotel operator.
Pullman Bali Legian Nirwana is the only five star hotel and resort with Kuta beach view. Deden E. Sudarbo, GM Marketing of Bakrieland - Hotels & Resorts business unit, added, “We are delighted to extend a 6% p.a. of rental return (in US$) for the first three years, and complimentary stay of 21 nights for the unit owners”.
Built on 2.4 Ha area, Pullman Bali Legian Nirwana consists of five wings, with 360 units in total; and 95% sold. Facilities and services offered are as follows: private lounge, coffee shop, lobby lounge bar, spa & fitness center, infinity pool, pool bar, meeting room, ballroom, food & beverage entertainment center, internet TV and WiFi.
