Bakrieland buka Pullman Bali Legian.
JAKARTA — PT Bakrieland Development Tbk (Bakrieland) melalui anak usahanya, PT Bakrie Hotel & Resort meresmikan pembukaan Pullman Bali Legian Nirwana.

hotel oleh Accor International," ungkap Direktur Utama Bakrie Hotel & Resort Marudi Surachman di Jakarta, akhir pekan lalu.
Marudi mengatakan, Pullman Bali Legian Nirwana merupakan satu-satunya hotel dan resor bintang lima di Kuta yang dioperasikan Accor International. Hotel dan resor ini juga termasuk produk resor Pullman pertama di Indonesia.
Sebagai pusat destinasi wisata dunia, menurut dia, bisnis dan investasi kondotel kian menjamu. Salah satunya kondotel Pullman Bali Legian Nirwana yang dijual secara strata title kepada investor dan kemudian diserahkan kepada operator untuk dioperasikan sebagai hotel.
Pullman merupakan hotel dan resor bintang lima pertama yang memiliki pemandangan langsung ke Pantai Kuta. "Kami menjamin bisa memberikan pengembalian sewa kepada para pemilik unit kondotel sebanyak 6% (dalam US$) selama tiga tahun pertama. Pemilik kondotel juga bisa gratis menginap selama 21 malam," GM Marketing Bakrie Hotel & Resort Deden E Soedarbo.
Pullman Bali Legian Nirwana dibangun pada lahan seluas 2,4 hektare. Hotel dan resor ini terdiri atas lima wing dengan total 360 unit dan hingga kini telah terjual sebanyak 95%. Kondotel ini mengusung berbagai fasilitas serta jasa, seperti coffee shop, executive lounge, lobby lounge bar, spa & fitness center, pool bar, meeting room, swimming pool, infinity pool, food & beverage entertainment center, serta wiFi dan Internet.

Pullman Bali Legian Nirwana has this week launched as the only fivestar, resort style hotel, linking the prime entertainment and shopping areas of Kuta and Legian.
